Grange Holiday Potluck Party Tuesday, Dec. 19th

Dear Fellow Grange Members,
The Sebastopol Grange warmly invites you to our 2017 Holiday Party Potluck on Tuesday, Dec. 19th from 6 to 9pm.
We will not have a formal meeting again until our business meeting in January. Let us share good food and great company, music and games, and hopefully a dusting of that childlike wonder and magic that happens during this time each year.
Last year’s holiday potluck was so delicious! Please bring a yummy dish and/or beverage to contribute.
We will have a musical performance by the Social Prophet Choir. Bringing your own instruments and voices to share holiday songs throughout the evening is highly encouraged.
Would you like to help and volunteer some time towards this event? If so, please email me at: grangeevent[at]gmail[dot]com
We could use help with:
- Set Up
- Clean Up
- Kids/Adult Craft Area
- Raffle Table – if you have anything you wish to donate, let us know!
Games- do you have a game idea?
There are many great groups that use our Sebastopol Grange Hall, and we hope to get a few folks from each group to be present at this gathering and celebrate all the great work that happens at our Grange throughout the year. May we mix, mingle, and inspire.
With thanks,
Jeanna Collet
Sebastopol Grange President

I look forward to going more in depth on Tuesday! I will be extending an invitation to some other people who have been key players in this project.
A selection of gift baskets, full of the fair’s wares, will be raffled each day to benefit the renovations at the Village Park Mobile Home Community thru West County Community Services, the kitchen renovations at the Grange Hall, and the work of the Village Building Convergence team. Live music featured throughout each day and a food truck from El Coronel for a tasty lunch, make this one of the liveliest craft fairs in West County.
At this workshop participants will build their own solar powered emergency charging kit that will be able to charge a cell phone and a PowerBank battery as well as power LED lights for emergencies or camping. In addition, three kits will be built and stored at our Grange for emergency use.
