As part of the growing local organic food and honey-bee habitat movement, the Grange and the Kiwanis will be hosting a hands-on garden box building day at the Sebastopol Grange. Our goal is to entice new gardeners and provide them with the resources they need to start their Spring gardens as well as to create opportunities for members of the community to come together in a service project. All ages and skill levels are invited, with a focus on facilitating youth and elders working together.
Ways to participate:
- Sign up to receive a garden box to grow more of your own food
- Sign up to help us build garden boxes April 13
- Sign up to donate funds for building a box for someone in need
Refreshments will be available to participants.
