About the Grange Hall:
The Hall has a large main room with a stage, a large kitchen, a lobby, and two restrooms.
The main room is 40’ by 60’.
Capacity:
- For an event with tables and chairs, capacity is approximately 150 people.
- For an event with chairs only (audience style), capacity is approximately 200 people.
- For a standing-room-only event: The capacity is approximately 225.
Parking:
The Grange has 77 marked parking spaces.
Rental Terms:
[Example from another facility: The clubhouse fee is based on a 7-hour time frame which includes set-up and clean-up. Additional hours can be purchased. The cleaning fee includes basic table set up, tear-down, and deep cleaning of the venue. The cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit and the remaining refund is processed within 30 days of your event. We also require liability insurance. “]
